Information the app handles
- Receipt images or PDFs selected or captured by the user
- Extracted receipt fields such as vendor, date, amount, and category
- Google authorization tokens for optional Drive and Sheets sync
- Configuration needed to remember the selected Drive folder and spreadsheet
How information is used
- Receipt files are stored locally on the device first
- OCR is used to extract receipt details for review
- Users can edit extracted values before saving or syncing
- Approved records can be written to an app-managed Google Sheet
Google access scope
ExpenseSheet uses limited Google permissions intended for app-created or app-selected files. It does not request broad access to every file in the user's Google Drive.
User controls
- Disconnect Google from the in-app settings
- Revoke access from the Google account permissions page
- Delete local app data by removing the app from the device
